Villa Silencio is a new-build villa project in Cap Martinet, close to Talamanca and Ibiza town. The design wraps the house in Mediterranean gardens, with pergola-shaded terraces, a large swimming pool and a rooftop terrace for sunsets.
The plans show six bedrooms, six bathrooms and three guest WCs. The lower level is designed for leisure, with a gym, sauna, cinema room and games room, plus a garage. Photovoltaic panels are included in the project.
Images are 3D renders of the project.
